Thanks to our community, we exceeded our goal of raising $20,000 to invest in our alliance's future.

On January 29th, friends, family, and community members from our member organizations came together to celebrate 15 years of Sound Alliance's hard work to make the Puget Sound region a better place for everyone. Through hearing the empowering music of Elnah Jordan and connecting with one another during the Raise the Paddle, we invested in one another and the work ahead.

Thank you to everyone who made our UnGala a success. We surpassed our goal of raising $20,000 to invest in our work like training leaders, equipping community members to be engaged citizens, and addressing issues that affect those in our region. The UnGala was a community effort, just like organizing work. From donating auction items to participating in our raise the paddle to bidding on items and/or just showing up, you helped us to continue organizing for the common good.

With the inspiration and boost we got from the UnGala, we are ready to head into a new year, legislative session, and chapter of our ongoing crises. We are ready to continue building power while paying attention to the issues that affect our communities here the most.
